Synopsis:
Shakespeare's delicious comedy of 4 young men who swear to give up their partying ways and
dedicate themselves to study, fasting and no women. This is thwarted by the arrival of 4 fetching ladies that quickly
distract them.

In the June production, the women will be playing the male characters and the men will be playing the female characters. In this gender switcheroo, Hudson Shakespeare takes the convention from Shakespeare's time where male actors played all the roles and gives it a modern treatment by also having actresses in the mix.

Love's Labour's Lost is a colorful comedy romp with other silly clown characters, a feast of language for the ears that explores love, battle of the sexes, and gender conventions through this switched up lens.
